Requirements:Minimum Qualifications: Two years (2) of human resources experience required. Healthcare experience a plus. HRIS or other related software or system experience preferred. Experience with critical and highly confidential data entry and reporting. Experience working with a high volume or in a fast-paced office environment. Must be flexible and willing to learn new systems and become proficient in order to contribute to the team. Must be able to enter HR transactions into multiple systems efficiently with a high level of accuracy.
Education and/or Experience: High school diploma or equivalent. Associates degree preferred. Basic computer skills with information technology associated with the position including a familiarity with HRIS, MS Excel and Google Sheets and Docs. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to remain flexible to quickly and calmly adapt to urgent situations. Ability to adapt procedures, processes, tools, equipment, and techniques to accomplish the requirements of the position.
