Human Resources Assistant jobs in Scranton, PA

Crystal Window & Door Systems PA, LLC is an award winning manufacturer of a full production line of quality, energy efficient vinyl and aluminum windows for residential and commercial use. We are currently looking for a Human Resources Assistant to join our fast-paced and innovative team. The primary responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to the following:

Position summary

• Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.
• Update internal records with new employee information, including employment forms and contact details.
• Introduce company benefits to employees, such as health insurance, and conduct benefit enrollments.
• Provide administrative support to management team.
• Handle payroll processing, including calculating timesheet and vacation.
• Contact candidate and schedule interviews
• Perform special projects and other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Minimum of a bachelor's or related degree in Human Resources preferred
• Good communication skills
• Detail-oriented
• Solid organizational and time-management skills
• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred
