We are currently seeking a Full-Time Human Resources Generalist.

The Role:

You will provide day-to-day administrative support for a busy HR Department

Skills Needed for Success:

• Detail oriented
• Effective organizational skills
• Intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong interpersonal skills

Required & Preferred:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or HR or a related field (required)
• 3 years of previous HR experience, recruiting, on-boarding and benefit administration (required)
• Familiarity with all types of available leaves and their management as well as state and federal regulations (preferred)
• Previous experience in a professional service environment (preferred)

Pay Range: $55,000 - $65,000 annual salary
