The Human Resources Generalist performs professional human resource work in the areas of
employee relations support, recruitment and selection, new employee orientation, records
management, employee training, workers compensation, and performance management. This
position will work under the supervision of the CEO. In this role, you will work closely with the
CEO and line management to assist with employee relations including corrective actions, manage
vendor relations with all HR-related vendors, perform benefits administration tasks to include
enrollment set up/terminations, claims resolution, change reporting, approving invoices for
payment, and communicating benefit information to employees as well as working with Finance
to conduct periodic audits of benefits as compared to enrollment in ADP. In addition, you will
coordinate Open Enrollment, administer leave of absence requests, FMLA documentation, and
work with insurance (including Worker’s Comp) carrier on short term and long-term disability
matters. You will support the CEO in maintaining Fulfill’s culture and commitment to DEIB, and
work with management to source and screen candidates for all open Fulfill positions.
Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in an HR Generalist role, and
be open to working in both our Tom’s River and Neptune locations. Must have strong verbal
and written communication skills along with an understanding of HR best practices, ideally in
non-profit.
