Triple Cities Metal Finishing is hiring for a Human Resources Generalist!

JOB PURPOSE:

The HR Generalist will be responsible for supporting the Director of HR with day-to-day tasks such as general administrative duties, recruitment, and employee database management.

ABOUT THE JOB:

• Schedule meetings, interviews, and HR events
• Update and manage online job postings
• Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, interviewing, and performing reference checks
• Provide feedback to job candidates regarding the hiring process
• Maintain digital and electronic records of employees
• Perform new hire orientations
• Track employee attendance records, including sick time and vacation
• Respond to requests for employment data
• Assist with benefits enrollment
• Assist with planning and coordinating employee events
• Other administrative duties as assigned

SCHEDULE:

Monday-Friday from 7:00am-4:00pm

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong organization, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Meticulous attention to detail
