Boylston Staffing is looking for an HR Recruiting Generalist for a growing firm in Norwell.
Job Details:- Will answer phones in a professional manner, and schedule applicant interviews.
- Conduct reference and background checks, create employee records, and review new hire documents.
- Assist with orientations, prepare, and publish a monthly newsletter.
- Assist with engagement strategies to promote retention, and monitor activity on a company software system.
- Adhere to all policies and procedures.
Qualifications:- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Must have Recruiting experience.
- Able to work independently as well as with a team.
- Able to maintain confidentiality.
- Able to meet deadlines, and prioritize. And establish great relationships.
- Word and Excel knowledge.
- Able to listen effectively to clients and staff.
- Healthcare industry is a plus!!!
