Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws.
Duties:
- Manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding
- Conduct employee orientation sessions and assist in succession planning
- Develop and implement strategic HR initiatives in line with company goals
- Oversee projects related to employee engagement and organizational design
- Ensure compliance with employment labor laws and company policies
- Handle data entry and maintenance of HR records
Experience:
-Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
-5 years recent Human Resources experience in Manufacturing
- Proven experience in HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, and strategic planning
-Knowledge of computer-based HR and Payroll systems; Paychex Flex and Oracle based.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of employment labor laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective employee engagement
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
