Human Resources Generalist

Responsibilities of the Human Resources Generalist
- Oversee the administration of benefits programs
- Develop and drive a thoughtful onboarding program for new team members
- Act as a trusted advisor to influence the business, deliver constructive advice, diagnose and resolve issues, and positively influence change
- Create compelling job descriptions
- Administer performance management and talent development cycles
- Create initiatives to drive employee engagement and enablement
- Research best practices and stay on top of legal developments, emerging trends, technological advancements, and benchmark comparisons to recommend best-in-class HR practices
- Oversee data integrity, maintenance, and optimization of HRIS system
- Assess, develop/source, and facilitate employee training initiatives
- Create social media content
- Help support and resolve employee relations issues while ensuring compliance with relevant and current HR legal standards including FMLA, ADA, and EEO
Qualifications of the Human Resources Generalist
- 3-5 years of HR experience in a progressive organization that values people, inclusivity, and development
- Proven knowledge of all core HR processes including performance management, leadership development, talent management, compensation, succession planning, training and organizational development
- Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Proactive problem-solver who thrives in an environment that is open to change
- Expertise with HRIS, Payroll, MS Office solutions (Paycor and SuccessFactors a plus)
- Bachelor’s degree
