Applications are being accepted for the position of Human Resources Generalist. Duties require development and implementation of various human resources programs.

Work Week: M-F 7:30am – 4:00pm (or as required to complete task).

Salary Plan/Classification B.O.E. / Non-Exempt

The Human Resource Generalist will assist with the daily functions of the Human Resource (HR) department including hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, conducting onboarding, and enforcing company policies and practices.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• A completed employment application to include, but not limited to, detailed description of duties, month and year, and complete addresses (preferred) on each current/previous job listed.
• College degree with emphasis in Human Resources preferred; or at least 2 years of experience in Human Resources.
• Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
• Experience or willingness to learn Affirmative Action/EEO compliance.
• Ability to participate in the investigation and resolution of ongoing employee relations problems, anticipate problems whenever possible, and develop, recommend, and initiate appropriate steps for resolution.
• This position may require up to 10% travel

NECESSARY SPECIAL REQUIREMENT:

• Must meet WRC’s employment physical standards, which include drug/alcohol testing and must pass criminal background check.
• Must have valid driver’s license and be insurable with WRC insurance carrier.
