Job Summary
The Human Resources (HR) Representative provides support to the plant operations and HR department. Follow and commit to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) for service, quality, and efficiency requirements. Coordinate, administer and support various HR programs/initiatives.
Role and Responsibilities

Work closely with hiring managers to gain comprehensive understanding of the plant’s hiring needs for hourly and seasonal roles, and to meet competitive hiring goals and expectations.
- Attract candidates and facilitate the hiring process for hourly full-time and seasonal employees in Everett and elsewhere throughout Kettle Cuisine as workload permits. Work to ensure all candidates have a positive experience while navigating them throughout all stages of the recruitment process.
- Partner with staffing agencies to place temporary staff to fill seasonal roles and special projects.
- Maintain workforce planner as well as supplemental seasonal tracker.
- Serve as primary (or secondary) point of accountability for agency data in the HRIS.

Prepare a variety of specialized and recurrent reports and perform corresponding analysis on data.
- May facilitate a portion of New Hire Orientation, back up payroll tasks, update employee records, and respond to queries.
- Develop and maintain relationships with workplace partners.
- Provides administrative support, such as but not limited to, correspondence generation, record keeping, and file maintenance.

Stay up to date and comply with changes in legislation.
- Assist with the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources Department in Everett or elsewhere throughout Kettle Cuisine as deemed necessary.
Qualifications and Job Specific Knowledge

Bachelor’s degree in business, HR Management, Organizational Development, or related field, preferred but not required.

Prior HR experience required, and manufacturing plant recruitment experience desired.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail required.

Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills.
- Ability to successfully prioritize, and organize projects, deadlines, and tasks with minimal supervision in both team and independent environments.
- Office skills and intermediate proficiency with HRIS/report writing, people analytics, and ATS.

Must be willing and able to flex schedule to accommodate needs of plant operations.

Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent follow-up and customer service skills.
WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL EFFORT
Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment as well as on the plant floor of a working manufacturing site. This role routinely uses standard office equipment.

Must have availability and flexibility to work different shifts and days, sometimes for weeks at a time, to provide support and training to employees. May need to work weekends or overtime as required.
Salary: $67,000
