Details:

• Assists the HR Director, HR Specialist and HR Coordinator with all aspects of Human Resources, Credentialing and Benefits Management for the corporation.

All NHFHS Company employees must be vaccinated against COVID-19.
Experience and Skills:

Education:

• Associate Degree in Human Resources, Business or comparable experience preferred.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Ability to interact effectively with individuals of diverse educational and cultural background
• Have working knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations governing the operation of a health care facility
• Ability to present clear, concise, and comprehensive oral and written reports.
• Professional presentation in terms of manner of dress and communication (non-verbal, verbal, and written)
• Ability to work as part of a team and foster the team concept
• Must be able to work well with all level of employees as well as all other center personnel
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, multitasking skills desired
• Must possess good oral and written communication skills
• Ability to use a personal computer and possess working knowledge of office based applications
