If you have a strong human resources background dealing with employee relations, performance management, and providing support to HR departments and employees regarding human resources related activities, policies, processes, and procedures, then this may be the perfect role for you!How you will make an impact:-- Act as primary contact to support employees and managers with inquiries related to employee relations policies-- Gather information on requests and employee related issues-- Analyze various situations to assess if/when investigations are required-- Manage the investigation process as needed -- Evaluate, update, and maintain performance management processes What we are looking for:-- 5 years of human resources experience with a heavy focus on employee relations and performance management is required-- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal-- Strong ability to listen, understand, and communicate with internal employees across all levels of an organization-- Ability to prioritize demands and multitask effectively-- Experience working with unions strongly preferred If you are interested in hearing more about this opportunity, please contact us today!
