We are currently seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team. The HR Generalist will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department with a wide range of responsibilities, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, performance management, and HR compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist with recruitment efforts, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection processes.

Coordinate and schedule interviews, conduct reference checks, and extend job offers to successful candidates.

Manage new hire onboarding and orientation processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new employees.

Provide support with HR administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records, processing paperwork, and updating HR databases.

Assist in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and programs to support organizational objectives.

Handle employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR-related matters, including benefits, policies, and procedures.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a positive employee experience and support employee engagement initiatives.

Administer employee benefits programs and serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to benefits. Benefit reconciliation monthly to maintain accuracy.

Assist with performance management processes, coordinate team check-ins, review performance evaluation information, and update systems with updates.

Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures.

Assist with unemployment, garnishments, VOE request.

Assist in time-keeping for weekly prep for payroll processing.

Track time in service awards and monthly birthdays for celebration and recognition

Contribute to HR projects and initiatives as assigned by the HR Manager or Director.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum of 4 years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruiting preferred.

Proficiency in Google Office suite and HRIS software.

Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.

Proven ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Bilingual proficiency (written and verbal) in Spanish is highly preferred.
