The primary responsibilities are:
- Verifying and maintaining I-9 documentation and records
- Conducting quarterly safety audits
- Workers’ compensation and safety processes including OSHA reporting
- Managing leaves of absences such as FMLA, STD, and LTD.
- Assisting in assigning training and tracking course completion for parts, sales, and service employees at all locations
- Property and casualty insurance claim processing and reporting
- General HR reporting
The requirements for this position are:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field required
- 2 – 3 years HR and/or recruiting experience preferred
- Previous experience with a Talent Acquisition System and/or a HRIS system preferred
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
