What You'll Bring:

• Passionate about human resources and building up talents.
• Bachelor's Degree in business, human resources, or relevant field
• 2 years experience in human resources preferred
• Solid verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to positively present the position and the candidates.
• Maintain a positive relationship with the employers and the talents.
• Experience working in a start-up environment, and assisting to create processes and/or the experience of rolling out a new process/project a plus.
• Result-oriented attitude.
• This position is bonus eligible

Work Location:

• Work remotely. Pittsburgh area staff will go to the office once a month.
• Pennsylvania residency preferred.
• Can provide immigration sponsorship to above-expectation performers. (H1B, H1B transfer, Greencard)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,500.00 per year
