Primary Purpose
As a Human Resources Generalist at 101 Mobility, LLC, you will play a crucial role in supporting the organization's Corporate HR function by overseeing various aspects of human resources management. From recruitment and onboarding to benefits administration and employee relations, you will be responsible for fostering a positive work environment and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. Your contributions will be instrumental in attracting, retaining, and developing top talent, ultimately driving the success and growth of our organization.
Essential Functions/Responsibilities
- Manage all HR operational aspects, including benefits administration, onboarding, staffing, and payroll.
- Conduct recruitment, interviews, and new hire orientations.
- Ensure accurate processing of bi-weekly payroll and manage time tracking systems.
- Interpret personnel policies and procedures, providing guidance to ensure compliance.
- Offer advice and support to managers, supervisors, and employees, fostering positive relations across all levels.
- Handle administrative tasks such as maintaining personnel files, compiling reports, and responding to employee inquiries.
- Develop accurate job descriptions and conduct job analysis for all staff.
- Manage the exit interview process, collect feedback, and propose improvements.
- Oversee benefit enrollment, including changes and implementation for yearly enrollment.
- Ensure the accurate enrollment of new hires into various benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee benefits, in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of employee changes and updates in benefits programs throughout the year.
- Manage 401k administration and provide support for employee inquiries related to retirement benefits.
- Handle monthly reconciliation for employee benefits.
- Manage workers' compensation claims and administer related processes.
- Administer COBRA benefits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate and conduct yearly performance reviews for employees, providing feedback and documenting performance evaluations.
- Manage the process of entering yearly raises for employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company guidelines and budgetary constraints.
Job Requirements – Education/Experience
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Personnel Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience may be considered.
- PHR or SHRM-CP/SP preferred
Experience
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, benefits administration, employee relations, and HR compliance.
- Demonstrated experience in managing HR operations, such as payroll processing, onboarding, and employee records management.
- Familiarity with HRIS software and systems.
- Experience with workers' compensation, COBRA administration, and 401k management is preferred.
