Human Resources Manager develops human resources policies and programs and directs the staff in managing and implementing programs that support employee engagement, productivity, and company objectives. Manages key HR functions, including recruiting, employee/labor relations, health and safety, compensation, benefits, training, diversity, payroll, and employee records. Being a Human Resources Manager develops and delivers internal staff communications. Evaluates, selects, and manages relationships with vendors to provide supplemental HR processes and services. Additionally, Human Resources Manager maintains employee records of pay, benefits, accidents, performance, and other activities and files reporting required to comply with labor laws and regulations. Collaborates with leadership on special projects. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Human Resources Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Human Resources Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.     • Ensure compliance by implementing, consulting on, and monitoring company guidelines, policies, and procedures, as well as statutory requirements.

    • Advise leaders and empower managers to unleash the potential of our talent, as well as harmonize the firm’s perspectives with processes to deliver best-in-class and commercial people solutions.

    • Ensure all Health & Safety regulations are complied with.
    • Support the Talent Acquisition Managers and company leadership with finding and retaining Talent, also realizing mobility of talent and engineering strong pipelines.
    • Identify training and development needs, and work with internal and external stakeholders on meaningful development programs.
    • Ensure compliance with compulsory workplace training, such as privacy and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I).
    • Support the payroll process with preparing data, handling of queries and liaising with third party stakeholders.
    • Oversee and manage a performance management process that drives excellence.
    • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
    • Nurture a positive working environment by conveying the company values and mission statements, as well as setting the tone for a healthy company culture.



    You ideally bring...


    • A formal tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration or similar
    • Demonstrable experience within general HR, Compensation & Benefits, EVP and Employer Relations
    • Good knowledge regarding German labor regulations (labor law, wage tax, social securities). Other European countries would be an advantage, i.e. Spain and France
    • Excellent communication skills with a high degree of empathy and motivation
    • Passionate personality with conceptual strength and a pragmatic working style
    • Business proficiency in German and English. Spanish or French proficiency is a plus
    • Willingness to travel occasionally
    • A passion for travel and lifestyle
