Human Resources Manager develops human resources policies and programs and directs the staff in managing and implementing programs that support employee engagement, productivity, and company objectives. Manages key HR functions, including recruiting, employee/labor relations, health and safety, compensation, benefits, training, diversity, payroll, and employee records. Being a Human Resources Manager develops and delivers internal staff communications. Evaluates, selects, and manages relationships with vendors to provide supplemental HR processes and services. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in human resources or equivalent combination of education and experience. Solid ethical disposition and ability to form business relationships across the organization. Solid verbal and written communication skills and 5 to 7 years of relevant experience. Ability to use sound judgment by reviewing all facts and data available prior to formulating opinion or conclusion. Flexibility and ability to be at the facility when required during off hours. Knowledge of Microsoft Office to include Power Point, Excel and Word a must. Must be detailed oriented, organized and ability to multi task. Promote positive environment and have solid interpersonal skills while adhering to Company established Core Values. Spanish language skills with cultural knowledge a must.
