The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, managing employee relations, overseeing recruitment and onboarding processes, and providing guidance on policies and procedures. The position will entail entry-level payroll duties as well. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing human resources operations and will possess strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Manage recruitment and selection processes.
• Oversee employee benefits administration.
• Assist in managing employee relations, including performance management, disciplinary action, and grievance procedures.
• Analyze data to identify trends in employee turnover.
• Provide advice and guidance to managers on HR-related issues.
• Execute entry-level payroll duties/timekeeping and HR system-related tasks.
• Act as the corporate owner of onboarding & offboarding tasks.

Skills:
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $53,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
