Manages key HR functions, including recruiting, employee/labor relations, health and safety, compensation, benefits, training, diversity, payroll, and employee records. The Operations Human Resource Manager will be a highly engaged HR business partner for our manufacturing ready-to-drink facility in Conway, Arkansas. This position requires experience in operations management with an extremely perceptive person that is well versed in providing HR expertise. The HR Manager will partner with operations to build and maintain employee culture and function as a change agent related to any employee related initiatives.
