Human Resources Manager develops human resources policies and programs and directs the staff in managing and implementing programs that support employee engagement, productivity, and company objectives. Manages key HR functions, including recruiting, employee/labor relations, health and safety, compensation, benefits, training, diversity, payroll, and employee records. Human Resource Manager
The Human Resource Manager provides and manages human resources services, programs, and policies that attract, train, and develop qualified teammates for the successful operation of the organization to meet the future needs.
Job Responsibilities
1. Oversees the daily office work activities of the Human Resources.
2. Acts as a payroll liaison by preparing PayClock/ADP time keeping and attendance documents.
3. Maintains organized record-keeping of departmental employee absences and time-off.
4. Processes Personnel Action Forms (PAFs) for HR management review and enters data into HR software for further processing.
5. Processes and records Employee Disciplinary Reports.
6. Trains and sets the example for administrative employees to keep a professional and positive work environment.
7. Assists with employee enrollment, testing and orientation processes as needed.
8. Performs other job-related work activities and projects as assigned
9. Interpret and explain human resources policies, procedures, laws, standards, or regulation.
10. Hire employees and process hiring-related paperwork.
11. Maintain current knowledge of Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and affirmative action guidelines and laws, such as the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
12. Prepare or maintain employment records related to events, such as hiring, termination, leaves, transfers, or promotions, using human resources management system software.
13.Address employee relations issues, such as harassment allegations, work complaints, or other employee concerns.
14. Knowledge with Mexico payroll and/or banking information (AP).
Minimum Requirements -
Bachelor's degree from a four-year college in Human Resources management, business administration or equivalent.
6 years of experience in responsible Human Resource roles
Experience with ADP payroll system

Ability to foster healthy employee relations
Proficiency in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI)

Experience managing Organizational Change across the company
Strong knowledge of employment law, abreast of current legislative updates and changes on all applicable local, state, and federal regulations pertaining to labor laws
