Being a Human Resources Manager develops and delivers internal staff communications. Evaluates, selects, and manages relationships with vendors to provide supplemental HR processes and services. The Human Resources Manager will play an integral role in the startup of fairlife’s newest state-of-the-art facility in Webster, NY. This role will have the opportunity to make an impact on this new facility from the ground up, including recruitment, policy development, onboarding, and developing and driving a strong culture. The Human Resources Manager provides strategic leadership and support in functional areas of Human Resources including recruitment, employment, employee relations, job evaluation, benefits administration, employee development, training, and special projects. This position serves as a strategic and tactical business partner to the plant leadership team.
