Human Resources Supervisor jobs in Altus, OK

CTC is seeking an experienced and knowledgeable HR Generalist to join our team. The HR Generalist will be responsible for a wide range of HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, and HR compliance.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

· Completes full cycle recruiting

· Maintains employee personnel files, storage and retention

· Performs new employee follow ups at 30, 60 and 90 days

· Manages benefits renewals and enrollments

· Reports and manages Worker’s Compensation claims

· Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues

· Assists with planning and facilitating company functions

· Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance

· Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy

· Other clerical duties as assigned

Required Skills and Experience

· Knowledgeable in State and Federal Employment Law including but not limited too - Worker’s Compensation, ADA, and FLSA

· Minimum 2 years’ experience in a HR role in a small business setting

· Highly organized with the ability to handle multiple priorities at one time

· Sense of urgency in all aspects of duties including hiring, employee benefits and issues

· Ability to speak and communicate in a professional and effective manner
