Position Overview:
We are currently on the lookout for an experienced Human Resources Manager to become an integral part of our team. In this role, the HR Manager will play a critical role in steering the recruitment and staffing efforts across our Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs).
Key Responsibilities:
- Undertake the recruitment of staff for corporate offices, as well as other locations and roles as required.
- Lead and manage the entire recruitment and selection process for our SNFs, which includes sourcing potential candidates and conducting initial phone interviews.
- Supervise the recruitment activities of HR Directors within our Skilled Nursing Facilities.
- Efficiently manage the applicant tracking system to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
- Take charge of staffing and scheduling across the facilities, ensuring optimal staffing levels and efficient scheduling practices.
