Benchmark is looking to hire a full-time Human Resources Office Assistant for Dublin, OH.

Responsibilities:

• Conducts background checks including but not limited to criminal, registries and references
• Ensures physical and drug testing are completed within the designated time periods
• Coordinates training for staff: schedule staff and provide reminder phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication
• Maintains employee files
• Data entry of employee documents and training that includes but not limited to driver license, auto insurance, client specific training, discipline, etc.
• Completes purchase orders
• Orders office supplies
• Answer phone call
• Maintain Safety Manual and ensure office safety drills are ran
• Comply with all standards to assure the health and safety of all individuals
• Assist with consumer transportation as needed.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

• Ability to multi-task and organize projects
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to represent the Company in a professional manner
• Moderate to excellent computer and data entry skills

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Some college and / or human resources or related business field preferred
• High School Diploma /GED required
• Valid drivers license and auto insurance
