Overview:
Northern Human Services, Common Ground is seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Direct Support Professionals/Community Integrators in the Whitefield, NH area. . As a Direct Support Professional, you will provide essential care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of others.

Duties:
- Assist individuals with daily activities, which may include personal care, meal preparation, and medication reminders
- Provide emotional support and companionship
- Support individuals in participating in recreational activities, employment opportunities, and community outings
- Assist with transportation to appointments and outings

Qualifications:
- Prior Experience is preferred, but is not required if you are a good match with an individual
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work with individuals with developmental disabilities, including those on the autism spectrum
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team

-18 years old or older
