Responsibilities

• Answers frequently asked questions from employees.
• Responds to employment verifications.
• Calculates and submits driver vacation hours.
• Processes required paperwork for new hire driver orientation, driver transfers, driver pay increases, and other related driver employment matters.
• Enters new hire drivers in the system and reports to corresponding agencies.
• Maintains and stores records of personnel files.
• Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records.
• Other duties may be assigned.

Qualifications :

• High School Diploma or equivalent (Required).
• Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (Preferred).
• One year of human resources supports experience.
• Bilingual in English & Spanish (Preferred).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Excel (Required).
