As an Eligibility Operations Worker, you will participate in 6-8 weeks of paid classroom training to prepare you for work with the DHHS, adults, and families. This position is essential in providing Nebraskan's access to programs and assistance. On a day-to-day basis you will be reviewing applications for assistance and determining eligibility, which may include interaction via telephone in order to collect, verify, or update financial and demographic information. This will require accessing computer databases to document information with extreme accuracy. In this position, your work will be evaluated by productivity goals to ensure Nebraskan's are being served in a timely and efficient manner.
