Family Support Worker is responsible for providing an integrated continuum of family-strengthening supports in community/home settings. Provide supervised visits towards the goal of reunification and improved family functioning. Provide parent education and supports to achieve and maintain family stability, reduce the risk for abuse, neglect, and disruption in families, and assist family in accessing community resources and developing formal/informal supports. Maintain a caseload of assigned families to include over 50% cases where Spanish is the preferred language and serve as the liaison to and work collaboratively with external collaterals, referral sources, and other team members to achieve program objectives.
