Job Description: (Brief Summary/Statement) The Human Resource Generalist is responsible for performing a blend of Talent Management and Human Resources related duties. The HR blended role includes the following functional areas: benefits plan administration, company policy direction and employment law compliance. This position will perform as lead teammate for employeebenefitprograms, to include health and welfare plans, fitness and well-being programs, and leave policies as well as primary representative with internal employee social media content, employee announcements, moral programs, awards and presentations.
