Hyperalimentation Technician provides nutritional and vitamin related prescription drugs and medications. Also prepares and compounds special intravenous solutions. Being a Hyperalimentation Technician provides advice to patients and families on use of various medications. Updates and maintains supplies on a regular basis to identify and reorder depleted or outdated stock. Additionally, Hyperalimentation Technician may require an associate degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Hyperalimentation Technician works under moderate supervision. Gaining or has attained full proficiency in a specific area of discipline. - 1-year relevant experience, preferred, willing to train.
- 1-year refrigeration experience, preferred, willing to train.
- 3 years diesel experience, preferred, willing to train.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:Schedule: Monday – Friday- 8-hour day shifts
- Some weekend & night shifts
- On call shifts, with pay
- Overtime, with pay
Duties and Responsibilities, include but are not limited to the following:- Investigate and Diagnose issues.
- Assist on regular repair or preventative maintenance.
- Communicate well and participate as a team member.
- Provide excellent customer experience.
- Assist on installation/repairs of transportation refrigeration units. Which includes and not limited to:
- Fuel tanks and lines.
- Interior chute systems
- Satellite systems
- Door switches and fuel level sensors
- Pre-delivery inspections
- Pm Services
- Assist in the installation of APU’s (Auxiliary power units)
- Maintain a clean and safe shop, which includes and not limited to:
- Empty all trash daily.
- Sweep floors, as needed.
- Scrub floors with floor scrubber as needed.
- Assist in organizing the shop when needed.
- Assist in maintaining outside areas and keep organized.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:- High school diploma or GED, preferred.
- 3 years of experience in a similar job field, not needed but preferred; Willing to train.
