Lead Restoration Technician

DRIRITE is hiring a Lead Restoration Technician as a full-time position in Tampa, Florida.

As a Lead Restoration Technician, or Lead Mitigation Technician, you will be in charge of removing water and mold damaged materials and handling any issues caused by water or mold damage. Our technicians are the face of our organization and the first contact a client has after a traumatic situation, which is why our Water and Mold Restoration Technicians need to have good customer service and be willing to help others.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate with your team to ensure they know where to go and what to do
• Responsible for ensuring that your team’s jobs are performed to our standards
• Handle any issues caused by water or mold damage and remove damaged materials
• Conduct a clean and precise demolition using hand and power tools
• Communicate in a friendly and professional manner with all members of your team and our customers
• Drive a company vehicle to and from job sites while following all state traffic laws and company policies to ensure safety
Promote and sell DRIRITE services as the Lead Mitigation Technician

Qualifications:

• Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Valid driver’s license
• 1 years of experience as a technician
• Must be able to work overtime as needed and some holidays
• IICRC certifications in water damage or mold remediation preferred
• Background in plumbing, demolition, water mitigation and/or carpentry is a plus but not required
