Hyperalimentation Technician provides nutritional and vitamin related prescription drugs and medications. Also prepares and compounds special intravenous solutions. Being a Hyperalimentation Technician provides advice to patients and families on use of various medications. Updates and maintains supplies on a regular basis to identify and reorder depleted or outdated stock. Additionally, Hyperalimentation Technician may require an associate degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Hyperalimentation Technician works under moderate supervision. Gaining or has attained full proficiency in a specific area of discipline. Key accountabilities:Implement field modifications according to the modification instruction (including tests, if required)Ensure use of valid/calibrated toolsPopulate relevant modification follow-up data base and report relevant information to Field Modification Coordinator-Leader & PI Customer Site ManagerEnsure information flow within the field modification team (e.g. shift handover)Perform quality self-inspectionRespect EHS rules (Environment Health & Safety rules) and any work-related processes. Ensure risk assessment & safe-system -of-work is available.Report any deviation or non-conformity associated with the field modificationEnsure all necessary parts, tools & documents are available prior to starting the field modificationPerformance measurements:Respect of timeframe for modification implementationCustomer acceptance and quality level of implemented modificationCompliance with EHS rules and work-related processesAchievement of contractual availability (milestone) targetsCompleteness and Quality of FM implementation data recorded in data baseAvailability of configuration update dataAudit results (internal and external)
