IRA Accounts Supervisor oversees operations and transactions involving IRAs. Monitors opening and closing of accounts, account distributions, rollovers, and customer inquiries. Being an IRA Accounts Supervisor may handle large or complex accounts. Ensures compliance with governmental regulations, including account over-contribution and early distributions. Additionally, IRA Accounts Supervisor may require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. To be an IRA Accounts Supervisor typically requires 4 to 7 years of related experience. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. Accounts Receivable Supervisor
Pete Lien & Sons, Inc. is seeking a customer-oriented accounting professional to join our accounting team as an Accounts Receivable Supervisor. Successful candidate must be a team player and possess experience with all aspects of accounting including financial statements, general ledger, accounts receivable & accounts payable.
The Accounts Receivable Supervisor is responsible for supervising the process of customer account payments, invoices and follow-up inquiries regarding payments for the company. The Supervisor follows up on outstanding payments, resolves payment variances, and ensures timely reimbursement. He/she also serves as a leader in the accounting department and ensures the accuracy & timeliness of accounting records including keeping records of all correspondence regarding payment collection.
