What’s the Role?
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our accounting team as an Accounts Payable Supervisor. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounts payable processes, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to lead effectively. As an Accounts Payable Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the accounts payable department, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices, and maintaining strong vendor relationships.
What you’ll do!
· Manage the full cycle of accounts payable processes, including invoice processing, approvals, and payments.
· Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial transactions and compliance with company policies.
· Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
· Generate reports and provide insights to management on accounts payable performance.
· Maintain quarterly audit documentation and perform audit control testing.
· Help identify process changes and opportunities for continuous improvements.
What we need from you.
· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field recommended.
· 4 years' experience in accounts payable roles, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or management position.
· Strong knowledge of accounting principles and accounts payable processes.
· Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to interface with multiple departments and vendors.
· Willingness to become an expert in our products and the science.
· Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
· Strong analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and proven record of measuring and analyzing results.
· Utilize good judgement with the ability to learn on the fly, can be nimble and able to work independently.
· Preferred: familiarity with NetSuite ERP system and/or Navan expense management platform

The salary range for this position is $70 - $90k DOE. We offer health benefits, a matching 401(k), paid holidays, flexible time off (FTO) and more.
