As the AR Supervisor Associate, you will work in an office-based setting within our Accountant department located in Mt. Holly, Burlington County NJ.

Schedule: Monday - Friday: 8:00am - 5:00pm; 1 hour unpaid lunch

Responsibilities:

• Acting as a backstop for AR Managers including, but not limited to, creating/renewing Medicaid provider applications, credentialing providers with the various payers, portfolio review, etc;
• Training and mentoring Accounts Receivable staffin complex program/medical billing, and creating billing manuals and templates, supporting in management of AR staff;
• Managing billing for assigned portfolio including verifying insurance and claim creating, along with assisting in billing on programs that need additional support;
• Reviewing accounts within EHR system and, utilizing data, brainstorming creative ways to solve and analyze build problems;
• Acting as an AR liaison in regards to financial structure in the EHR and understanding the functions and outputs of the system for correct revenue and cash reporting;
• Utilizing Electronic Health Record (EHR) to extract and validate data including collections and revenue generation issues;
• Performs data analysis in support of standing management requests;
• Working with Program VPs, clinicians, and AR staff to understand business needs and requirements.
• Understanding all of Oaks funding sources and contract requirements;
• Other functions may include researching CMS rules and regulations, AR performance management, and other duties as necessary;

Qualifications:

• Strong work ethic;
• Minimum of three (3) years billing related experience;
• Knowledge of Medicaid/Medicare billing procedures and regulations preferred.
• Valid Driver's License required.
