Job Overview

The Client Relations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all operations and activities within the
Client Relations Department.  They will  help the company succeed through detailed and effective organization, streamlined communication and consistent follow-up with clients and internal departments. They will speak with clients via phone, email 
and messaging applications, addressing specific inquiries and concerns, and providing solutions that are 
well-researched and proven to be effective. This person will set high standards of productivity and ensure 
those standards are upheld, both through individual practice and team accountability.

Responsibilities & Duties

•  Stay knowledgeable about IRA, LLC, and 401(k) services offered by the company. .
• Professionally correspond with co-workers and clients via phone, email and chat.
• Address escalated client inquiries regarding all areas of the company.
• Document appropriate communication with clients and team members via Salesforce.
•  Follow-up with team members to ensure proper policy and procedures are being followed.
• Guide and support the team via coaching, evaluations, and training.
• Foster a positive and motivating work environment that encourages teamwork, creativity, and professional growth amongst the two divisions. 
• Stay up to date on industry standards, trends, regulations, and product enhancements. 
• Regularly work with the Director of Operations on performance data and identify areas for improvement. 
• Overtime timekeeping including but not limited to approvals, requests, calculations, and schedule coverages. 
• Aid Human Resources in corrective actions and performance improvement plans when necessary. 
• Maintain client confidentiality by following company policies and procedures.
• Other tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications & Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent, College Degree Preferred
• 2 Years Customer Service Experience (required)
• Phone experience (required)
• Banking and IRA Experience (preferred)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Excellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail
• Critical problem-solving abilities and effective troubleshooting strategies
