In this position the employee will work most of the day handling the invoicing of work orders and submitting them to the builders. You must have a strong attention to detail and ability to work as a team and independently.

OVERVIEW OF YOUR DAILY TASKS:

• Verifying and entering the installer’s pay on work orders 
• Allocating costs to jobs based on builder and salesman guidelines
• Data entry and preparing invoices and submitting the to builders (daily quota 75 daily)
• Researching work orders
• Communicating effectively with internal departments by phone, email and in person
• Adhere to confidentiality regulations

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE TO HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:

• Professional communication skills both written and verbal
• Excellent numeric perception
• Strong organization skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Highschool Diploma/GED/College required
• Previous typing and data entry experience preferred
• Experience with QuickBooks or similar program a plus
