Aveda Arts and Sciences Institutes are seeking to hire Full Time Guest Services Representatives in our Call Center!
Ideal candidates are: interested or experienced in servicing inbound and outbound calls from guests requesting to make, rebook, cancel appointments, resolving guest complaints, and able to answer guest inquiries while providing the highest level of customer service. This position can be remote.
Responsibilities:
Set new guest appointments for all Aveda Institutes.
Confirm guest appointments; rebook as necessary.
Offer additional services during appointment call, according to the guest’s individual needs.
Resolve customer challenges in a professional manner to ensure guest satisfaction.
Project enthusiasm to ensure the highest level of guest experience.
Promote all service offerings, answer guest inquiries, and process guest appointments through Salon Biz.
Respond in a timely manner to Demand Force guest appointment requests.
Advise and update guests of any company policy or procedural change in order to retain loyal and cordial guest relationships.
May perform other duties as required.
General:
Due to our commitment to the environment, a strong alignment to the Aveda mission is essential.
Adhere to company policies and procedures.
Participate in team huddles and meetings, as required.
Minimum Requirements:
A “can do” attitude, and strong team orientation.
Ability to handle a high volume of incoming calls while also utilizing a software program.
Excellent verbal communication, and good written communication skills.
Exceptional customer service skills, including excellent phone etiquette.
Ability to multi-task (phone, voice and hand movement) in a high-speed environment.
Passion for the beauty industry.
Computer literacy in Excel, PowerPoint and Word preferred.
