Summary:
The role of the Guest Services Representative is to provide excellent customer service, perform waiver and pass check-in, and provide general information to guests.
Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate a professional standard of customer service and work well as part of a team.
• Provide information about the products and services Highland offers, in-person and over the phone.
• Ensure every customer has a waiver completed correctly before issuing a pass.
• Complete pass sales and related customer purchases through a variety of software systems.
• Maintain a customer database with current demographic information.
• Perform opening and closing procedures of the Welcome Center.

• Excellent communication skills
• Friendly and positive attitude
• Availability to work weekends
• Proficient computer skills
• Customer service experience
