Summary
A sales representative establishes and maintains a professional company image through proper sales, marketing, and customer relations; all while modeling the Huebsch company values. In this self-motivating position, strong communication skills, accuracy, and the ability to relate to all types of personalities will lead to success not only in this position, but also for the sales team and Huebsch.
Key Performance Indicators
1. Meet or exceed set sales goals.
2. Meet or exceed set prospecting goals.
3. Effectively utilize and demonstrate Huebsch selling techniques with prospects.
4. Establish and maintain a professional company image by modeling the Huebsch values.
5. Actively participate in the learning environment by offering suggestions to improve products and processes.
6. Utilize CRM tool daily to keep prospects accurately updated through the Deal process.
7. Understanding of Huebsch Target Market.
Core Functions
· Apply CRM tools and territory management to identify key prospects, maximize time efficiency, and proactively maintain a database to maximize long-term opportunities.
· Conduct high volume prospecting activity including cold calls, phone calls, emails, mail, social media, and other techniques.
· Identify profitable prospects/customers and present solutions for their specific needs.
· Qualify and acquire new business using the Huebsch Selling Process.
· Prioritize key accounts and activities to maintain pipeline health.
· Accurately complete all required documentation for agreements and orders.
· Proactively communicate order processing with all involved departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
· Learn and continuously expand knowledge of sales, product and Industrial Laundry/Textile rental industry knowledge.
· Participate in community organizations to demonstrate the Huebsch core values.
· Other duties as assigned.

Advanced skills prospecting on the phone and face to face, in territory and pipeline management, and with presenting and closing a sale are required to excel in this position. A solid understanding of CRM software, Microsoft Office, and conducting needs analysis is crucial for a successful sales representative to have. Proven organization, time management, and communication skills will lead to positive sales results.
Desired Experience
Education: A bachelor’s degree in professional sales and/or marketing
Work Experience: Proven success with territory sales in a business-to-business environment; minimum of three years.
