Sales Representative Responsibilities:
Work closely with clients to understand their logistics requirements and provide tailored solutions.
Proactively acquire new business and maintain existing accounts.
Engage in cold calling and face-to-face meetings to secure service contracts with potential
customers.
Demonstrate a deep understanding of the customer's business needs and challenges to identify additional sales opportunities.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to secure profitable business deals.
Develop detailed proposals outlining logistics solutions that meet client needs.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients.
Sales Representative Skills and Abilities:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal and external relationship skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Sales Representative Education and Experience:
At least 2 years of previous sales experience.
A proven track record of success in the supply chain and/or logistics industry is required.
