Are you ready to build your career by joining a global financial institution? If so, our client is hiring an IRA Customer Service Representative!
What You’ll Do:- Handle incoming phone calls from Financial Advisors and Associates regarding all IRA and qualified plan inquiries within book-of-business; and provide guidance regarding the IRS rules and regulations.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships to deliver world class service to Financial Advisors.
- Assist in special projects periodically throughout the year as IRS regulations change.
- Utilize various internal and external resources and tools to provide information and resolve issues.
- Follow established procedures to process written requests, route processing requests to the appropriate processing teams, and to escalate processing inquiries when needed.
- Basic IRA knowledge or 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Quick learner; strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Customer service background required.
- Detail oriented.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
