Speedway is immediately hiring a HR Shared Services Processor to provide ongoing support and processing of unemployment claims, Form I-9s, and E-Verify cases. The position works mostly with internal customers, such as Operations and HR, to research and respond to cases while adhering to strict deadlines. Core Job Responsibilities:

Research and process unemployment claims as assigned
-
Assist in the support and research of employee onboarding, Form I-9 or E-Verify as needed
-
Analyze, identify and make recommendations to improve and maintain HR Shared Services process and procedural documentation

Manage and maintain workload within published Service Level Agreement pertaining to accuracy, deadlines and regulatory standards

Serve as a backup for other team members

Other miscellaneous duties and/or projects as assigned by Coordinator or Supervisor
Work Experience Desired:

Data Entry/Processing

General knowledge of Workday or Oracle preferred, but not required

Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word)
Education Level: High School Graduate or equivalent
