IRA Services Representative, Sr. jobs in Lima, OH

TEKsystems is looking to hire a Sr. Member Services Representative to work on-site at a well-known Credit Union in the Marysville, OH area. If you have 2-3 years of banking/customer service experience and are looking to continue your career at an excellent company - apply today!

• Pay: $18.00-20.00/hour
• Shifts: M-F 7:00am-4:00pm and 8:00-4:30pm
• Office located in Russels Point, OH

Description:

• Responsible for understanding/performing/troubleshooting a broad variety of member services such as transactions, opening and closing accounts, filing disputes, and assisting members with any questions/concerns, etc.
• Maintain full knowledge of the Credit Union’s products and services.
• Assist with basic transactions, setting up new accounts, taking loan applications, IRA accounts, and assisting with any basic inquiries.

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of banking/customer service experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in-office M-F
• Excellent attention to detail
