A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A DISPATCH SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE

Our Dispatchers are known for their dedication to customer service and maintaining open lines of communication. In this vital role, you thrive on providing the best there is to offer in customer care and service. You believe that we are only as successful as our clients believe we are, so you are committed to ensuring our customers are well taken care of and their needs and/concerns are met and resolved. As a Dispatch Services Representative, your day involves being on the computer and phone to receive incoming client calls, make outbound calls, and dispatch sales, install, and service calls. Appointments are scheduled to provide prompt, convenient service, as well as maximize time and mileage. You work hard to ensure maximum scheduling efficiency without compromising client satisfaction.

In this Dispatch Services Representative role, you also provide encouragement and model performance for your team to follow. You instill a sense of teamwork and collaboration and your team thrives on working together to achieve set goals. In addition to our clients and your team, you enjoy interacting with the Sales, Install, and Technician teams. Each day, you leave feeling accomplished in your care of customers and your contributions to the call center team!

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in management
• Scheduling, reception, and customer service experience
• Basic computer skills
• Can learn and use ServiceTitan software (prior experience with it would be a definite plus)
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
• Can pass a background check and periodic drug testing

Experience as a Dispatcher is a plus and familiarity with the HVAC and plumbing industries would also be helpful, but is not required. We can train the right person! Are you dependable?
