IRA Specialist develops IRA rate sheets and prepares transfers, distributions, rollovers, conversions, death claims, and closures in accordance with government regulations and bank policies. Maintains retirement records and is responsible for current and proper financial statements and reports. Being an IRA Specialist utilizes database or system to process transactions and retrieve information. May require a bachelor's degree. Additionally, IRA Specialist typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The IRA Specialist works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role. Work is closely managed. Immediate opening for a friendly, well organized and efficient person for a fast growing practice. EMR experience and willing to travel to different locations is necessary. At least 2 years of experience in a medical practice with knowledge of various insurances, pre-certs and prior authorization is preferred. Ideal candidate is honest with good work ethics, friendly with outgoing personality, excellent communicator, able to multi task, ability to solve problems independently and be courteous and professional to patients under any circumstances. Our chosen candidate will enjoy a high hourly rate of pay and a benefits package.
Schedule will be Monday through Friday and Saturday mornings.
