POSITION SUMMARY
The Operations Coordinator supports the Director of Operations in the management, implementation and execution of operational functions of the Open Doors Academy mission.

Essential Functions Statement(s):
1. Operations Support for Academic Year and Summer Programs
Transportation Logistics (25%)
Process staff requests for transportation services, including booking buses rented vehicles, and ODA-leased vans
Provide scheduling and payment support in the planning of campus events and field trips across school locations served by ODA
Training staff on how to operate leased vans
Communication with partner organizations and service providers about scheduling and logistics
Maintain leased vans with regular required repairs to ensure smooth operation
