In this role, you will play a vital part in our supply chain management, ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Customer Order Management: Handle the end-to-end process of customer orders, including order entry, communication with customers and internal/external stakeholders, freight quoting, paperwork preparation, and order tracking.
• Inventory Control: Maintain and administer inventory control processes, investigating and resolving discrepancies as they arise.
• Reporting and Scheduling: Develop essential reports and schedules for customers and internal sales teams to support efficient operations.
• Production Planning: Collaborate with the production supervisor and procurement department to assist with production planning and scheduling.
• Relationship Management: Foster positive working relationships with customers, third-party warehouses, and carriers to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements

• Preferred: 1-3 years of related experience or equivalent education and experience.
