SUMMARY OF POSITION :

Responsible for coordination of New Employee Orientation at the local entity level. Support the Hershey Medical Center HR Operations team with projects, coordinate the Manager Development program, and assist with employee retention and engagement.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):

Bachelor’s Degree required or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience required.
